Costume Designer and lead-maker

After working with Savvy Studios for their 2024 production CINDERELLA, i was delighted to be asked back for their summer show. their summer show At Hall for Cornwall,“once upon a time” featured lyrical, ballet and tap dances to a variety of CHILDREN’s storys; one of which being BEATRIX potters Jemima PUDDLEDUCK

leading a small atelier group to help apply the feathers, JEMIMA’s costume took patience and PRECISION. using over 15,000 feathers this is one of my most detailed designs to date. In COMBINATION with the FEATHERS, i also hand dyed and constructed a bonnet with complimentary shawl to truly embody jemima.

i was also lucky enough to create over 20 hats/FASCINATORS and 15 mermaid tails for this production. It was truly a joy to see the younger dancers living their best lives in thier costumeS.
